1.     Delivery Method

• All eBooks are delivered digitally through download links provided immediately after payment is successfully processed.

• You will also receive a confirmation email with download instructions to access your eBook(s).

 

2.    Delivery Time

• Digital products are available instantly after purchase. In most cases, you will be able to download your eBook(s) within minutes.

• If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

 

3.    Shipping Costs

• Since no physical items are shipped, there are no shipping fees.

 

4.    Technical Issues

5.    Refunds & Returns

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

• Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate purchases or technical errors on our part.

• Accidental charge: If there is a clear billing error.

 

6.   Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary device, app, or software to open and read the eBook format purchased which is a PDF which may or may not be contained in a zipped file.
